Equity, Inclusion and Diversity Team

The Waterloo Regional Police Service has a dedicated full time resource committed to improving equity, inclusion and diversity both within the organization and the community.  We are taking a proactive approach to the community looking at complex topics such as race, religion, sexual orientation and discrimination to have a greater understanding of what the community needs are and how Waterloo Regional Police Service can help. This year, we will launch our new Equity, Inclusion & Diversity Strategic Plan to support this work.
