Waterloo Regional Police Service is continuing to investigate an assault that occurred in Kitchener.

On June 19, 2024, at approximately 3 p.m., a group of youths were involved in a physical altercation in the area of Kingsway Drive and Greenfield Avenue.

The victim reported minor physical injuries as a result of the incident. The involved individuals are believed to be known to one another.

The investigation is ongoing by WRPS" General Investigations Unit.
