WRPS Investigating Serious Motorcycle Collision in Cambridge
Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Services Unit is continuing to investigate a serious collision involving a motorcycle in Cambridge.
On June 28, 2024, at approximately 3:30 p.m., emergency services responded to a collision involving a Dodge pickup truck and a Kawasaki motorcycle on Fountain Street South near Dickie Settlement Road.
The driver of the motorcycle, an 18-year-old Kitchener male, was transported by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services to an out-of-region hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.
Fountain Street South was closed between Blair Road and Dickie Settlement Road for the investigation and has since been reopened.
The investigation is ongoing, and charges are anticipated.
