Police Continue to Investigate Collision Involving Cyclist in Kitchener

WRPS’ Traffic Services Unit is investigating a collision involving a cyclist in Kitchener.

On September 29, 2024, at approximately 12:50 p.m., emergency services responded to the area of Max Becker Drive and Activa Avenue for reports of a collision involving a Honda motor vehicle and a cyclist.

The cyclist, a 16-year-old Kitchener male, was transported to a local hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver, a 70-year-old Kitchener female, reported no physical injuries.

The investigation is ongoing by the Traffic Services Unit and charges are pending.
