Waterloo Regional Police Continuing to Investigate Collision in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Services Unit continues to investigate a collision in Kitchener.
On September 8, 2024, at approximately 5:20 a.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision involving a Nissan vehicle and a parked vehicle in the area of Emerald Avenue and Prospect Avenue.
The driver of the Nissan, a 35-year-old Kitchener male, was transported by air ambulance to an out-of-region hospital with serious injuries.
Area roadways were closed for several hours for the police investigation.
The investigation is ongoing and charges are anticipated.
