Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an assault that occurred in Waterloo Park.

On June 19, 2024, at approximately 10 a.m., an elderly female victim was walking when an unknown male approached the victim and pushed the victim to the ground. 

Waterloo Region Paramedic Services responded and transported the victim to hospital.  The victim sustained minor injuries.
