Waterloo Regional Police Service Investigating an Armed Robbery at a Kitchener Business
UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:
Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a commercial robbery involving a firearm in Kitchener.
On August 12, 2024, at approximately 11:10 p.m., police responded to the area of Kingsway Drive and Franklin Street South for reports of an armed robbery. Two males entered the business and confronted an employee. One suspect brandished a firearm and demanded money and merchandise. The males fled the store with items prior to police responding.
Police are looking to identify and speak to these two individuals pictured below in connection to this incident.

Both suspects are described as Black males, approximately 6’ tall.
