WRPS' Break, Enter, and Vehicle Theft Team Investigating Kitchener Break-In

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a residential break-and-enter in Kitchener.

On June 7, 2024, at approximately 1:40 p.m., police responded to an in-progress break-in to an apartment in the area of Field Gate Street and Highland Crescent.

Unknown suspects entered the residence by damaging the door and, once inside, stole personal items. The residence was unoccupied at the time of the break-in.

BEVT Team investigators would like to identify and speak with the individual pictured below in connection to this incident.

Waterloo Regional Police are encouraging community members to consider the following tips to help prevent break-ins:

  • Keep doors and windows locked, even when home.
  • Keep valuables out of common areas and out of plain sight.
  • Install home video surveillance cameras in the front and back of your residence.
