WRPS Investigating Motorcycle Collision in Kitchener
Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Services Unit are investigating a collision in Kitchener.
On September 15, 2024, at approximately 1:40 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a car on Kingsway Drive near Cedarwoods Crescent.
Through investigation, police determined that a red Hyundai passed a Harley-Davidson motorcycle, resulting in a collision.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 70-year-old Kitchener male, was transported to an out-of-region hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Hyundai, a 66-year-old male from Goderich, was not injured.
The investigation is ongoing.
