The Waterloo Regional Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in an ongoing sexual assault investigation in Waterloo.

On September 30, 2024, sometime between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., a physical altercation occurred in the area of Bearinger Road, Toll Gate Boulevard and Glen Forest Boulevard.

Residents and businesses in the area are asked to check their surveillance systems and dash-cams for video footage of any suspicious activity or persons during this time that may assist in the investigation.

The investigation is ongoing by WRPS’ Special Victims Unit.
