Waterloo Regional Police Traffic Services Unit continues to investigate a major collision in Kitchener.

On July 10, 2024, at approximately 6:45 a.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision between two motor vehicles in the area of Fischer Hallman Road and Westmount Road East.

The driver and passenger of Dodge Vehicle, a 34-year-old and a 40-year-old male from Kitchener, were transported to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

The intersection was closed for several hours for the police investigation.

The investigation is ongoing and charges are anticipated. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 519-570-9777.
