WRPS' Traffic Services Unit Investigating Kitchener Motorcycle Collision
Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Services Unit are investigating a motorcycle collision in Waterloo.
On October 9, 2024, at approximately 11:10 p.m., emergency services responded to multiple reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a Ford pickup truck on Regina Street North near Columbia Street West.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 24-year-old Woolwich Township female, was transported by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Ford, a 37-year-old female from Cambridge, was not injured.
Regina Street North was closed for several hours for the investigation and has since re-opened.
The investigation is ongoing, and charges are anticipated.
