Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a sexual assault in Kitchener.

On August 26, 2024, at approximately 7 p.m., police received a report of a sexual assault at a park in the area of Wilson Avenue and Fourth Avenue.

The female victim had stopped to assist a male youth with his bicycle when the youth sexually assaulted the female.

There were no reported physical injuries.

The male youth is described as Black, with an average build, approximately 5’ tall, wearing black Crocs, blue shorts and a black t-shirt.

The investigation is ongoing.
