Waterloo Regional Police Respond to a Cambridge Sudden Death Investigation
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a sudden death in Cambridge.
On September 23, 2024, at approximately 6 a.m., police responded to the area of Beverly Street and Dundas Street North for a report of a missing two-year-old boy.
Upon arrival, police located the child unresponsive. Life saving measures were provided and the child transported to a local hospital. Unfortunately, the child was later pronounced deceased.
The investigation remains ongoing, however there is no concern for public safety.
