Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a home invasion in Kitchener.

On November 14, 2024, at approximately 1:50 a.m., police responded to a residence in the Stanley Park neighbourhood for a report of a home invasion involving a firearm.

An unknown male suspect forcefully entered the residence looking for a specific individual. The suspect left on foot prior to police arrival. No items were stolen from the residence, and there were no reports of any physical injuries.

The suspect is described as a White male, 6’2’’, wearing all black.

Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.

The investigation is currently being handled by members of WRPS’ Robbery Team.
