Emergency Services Respond to Fire in Waterloo
Emergency services responded to a fire at a residential property in Waterloo late Monday evening.
On January 12, 2026, at approximately 11:15 p.m., emergency crews were called to a residential facility in the area of Lincoln Road and Ellis Crescent North after reports of a unit on fire.
The fire was extinguished by Waterloo Fire Rescue.
Three individuals were transported to a local hospital by Region of Waterloo Paramedic Services for treatment of smoke inhalation.
The cause of the fire has not yet been determined, and the investigation remains ongoing.
