Waterloo Regional Police responded to a collision in Woolwich Township involving a bus.

On December 8, 2024, at approximately 12:15 a.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision involving a transport truck and a bus in the area Listowel Road.

The truck lost control when entering into heavy snow. The truck entered into oncoming traffic and collided with a bus. A third vehicle was struck as a result of the incident.

Several passengers reported minor physical injuries and were taken to local hospitals for assessment.

Listowel Road was closed for several hours as a result of the investigation.
