Kitchener Male Charged Following Robbery in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police have laid charges following a robbery at a business in Waterloo.
On August 25, 2026, police responded to a business in the area of Fischer-Hallman Road and Erb Street West following reports of a robbery.
Investigators learned that a lone male entered the business and demanded money from employees before fleeing with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Officers located the suspect a short distance away and arrested him without incident.
There were no reported physical injuries.
As a result of the investigation, a 35-year-old Kitchener male has been charged with Robbery and other Criminal Code offences.
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
