Police are Continuing to Investigate a Waterloo Stabbing

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a stabbing incident in Waterloo.

On July 20, 2025, at approximately 2:15 a.m., police responded to reports of a stabbing in the area of King Street North and Bridgeport Road East.

A 24-year-old Cambridge male victim was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

A 28-year-old Waterloo male victim was transported to an out-of-region hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.

WRPS’ General Investigations Unit would like to identify and speak with the male pictured below in connection to this incident.

If seen, do not approach and contact 911 immediately.
