Police Arrest Cambridge Male Following International Child Exploitation Investigation
Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) has laid numerous charges in connection to a child exploitation investigation that began in 2022.
With the assistance of the Peel Regional Police Service, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and Interpol, WRPS investigators identified a series of offences involving several youth victims. The investigation revealed that the accused had engaged in online communications with child victims over multiple years and had distributed and collected illicit content over various online platforms.
On August 20, 2025, officers arrested Justin Garzon, 36, from Cambridge in connection to this investigation. Mr. Garzon goes by a number of aliases, including:

- Ziggy
- Xavier Kain
- GatsbyASMR and GatsbyNSFW
- (TikTok) Egsneakyboi
- (Kik) AlexMrDaddy, AlexDadDepraved, DaughtLove, famlover5, incstlvr5, and Johnnymiracle
- (Snapchat) Dad748392
As a result of the investigation, the accused has been charged with multiple offences, including:
Luring a child (five counts)
Invitation to sexual touching (two counts)
Making child sexual abuse material (three counts)
Possessing child sexual abuse material (four counts)
Distributing child sexual abuse material (two counts)
Making explicit material available to a child (four counts)
The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing.
The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS’ Cybercrime Unit and police believe there are additional victims.
