Police Arrest Cambridge Male Following International Child Exploitation Investigation

The Waterloo Regional Police Service has laid additional charges in connection to an ongoing child exploitation and sexual assault investigation.

Since August 2025, multiple victims have come forward regarding an investigation involving Justin Garzon. 

As a result of this investigation, On January 7, 2026, Justin Garzon was charged with the following offences:

  • Luring a child
  • Sexual interference
  • Sexual assault cause bodily harm
  • Make sexually explicit material available to a child
  • Agree and/or arrange to commit a sexual offence against a child
  • Make child sexual abuse and exploitation material
  • Possess child sexual abuse and exploitation material
  • Make available child sexual abuse and exploitation material 

Justin Garzon was held for a bail hearing. 

Members of the WRPS Cybercrime Unit believe there may be additional adult and child victims, and ask anyone with information to contact Waterloo Regional Police Service.

He is known to use other names and aliases with his victims. Some he has used are:

  • Justin Alexander Garzon
  • Ziggy
  • Xavier Kain
  • GatsbyASMR and GatsbyNSFW
  • (TikTok) Egsneakyboi
  • (Kik) AlexMrDaddy, AlexDadDepraved, DaughtLove, famlover5, incstlvr5, and Johnnymiracle
  • (Snapchat) Dad748392

As a result, Mr. Garzon has been charged with the following offences:

  • Assault
  • Sexual assault
  • Assault causing bodily harm (strangulation)
  • Uttering threats to cause death
  • Voyeurism
  • Distributing intimate images without consent

The Brantford Police Service has also charged Mr. Garzon with sexual assault and assault cause bodily harm. 

Members of the WRPS Cybercrime Unit believe there may be additional adults and child victims outside Waterloo Region, including in the Brantford area.

Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) has laid numerous charges in connection to a child exploitation investigation that began in 2022.

With the assistance of the Peel Regional Police Service, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and Interpol, WRPS investigators identified a series of offences involving several youth victims. The investigation revealed that the accused had engaged in online communications with child victims over multiple years and had distributed and collected illicit content over various online platforms.

On August 20, 2025, officers arrested Justin Garzon, 36, from Cambridge in connection to this investigation. Mr. Garzon goes by a number of aliases, including:

  • Justin Alexander Garzon
  • Ziggy
  • Xavier Kain
  • GatsbyASMR and GatsbyNSFW
  • (TikTok) Egsneakyboi
  • (Kik) AlexMrDaddy, AlexDadDepraved, DaughtLove, famlover5, incstlvr5, and Johnnymiracle
  • (Snapchat) Dad748392

As a result of the investigation, the accused has been charged with multiple offences, including:

  • Luring a child (five counts)

  • Invitation to sexual touching (two counts)

  • Making child sexual abuse material (three counts)

  • Possessing child sexual abuse material (four counts)

  • Distributing child sexual abuse material (two counts)

  • Making explicit material available to a child (four counts)

The accused was held in custody for a bail hearing. 

The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS’ Cybercrime Unit and police believe there are additional victims.
