Police Arrest Four Individuals Following Break-and-Enter Investigation in Woolwich Township
Waterloo Regional Police have arrested four individuals in connection to a break-and-enter at a business in Woolwich Township.
On January 3, 2026, at approximately 12:40 a.m., police received a report of suspicious activity at a commercial property on Earl Martin Drive. The investigation determined that three individuals exited a white Lexus SUV and cut through fencing to access multiple commercial properties.
Officers subsequently located and arrested all four individuals, including the driver of the Lexus.
As a result of the investigation, a 38-year-old Cambridge male, a 40-year-old Cambridge male, and a 28-year-old male have been charged with the following offences:
Mischief under $5,000 (two counts)
Break, enter a place – with intent to commit indictable offence
Possession of break in instruments
Trespass/prowl near a dwelling house
The 40-year-old male was further charged with obstructing police.
A 42-year-old Woolwich Township female was also charged with possession of break in tools and breaking and entering into a place with intent to commit an indictable offence.
The Lexus was seized as offence-related property.
The accused parties were held in police custody for a bail hearing.
