Waterloo Regional Police are investigating after hate‑motivated graffiti was reported in Kitchener.

On August 20, 2026, at approximately 4 p.m., police received a report of graffiti on the side of a building in the area of Queen Street North. The graffiti included hate-motivated writing. 

The investigation is ongoing.
