Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a female in connection to an ongoing bank card fraud in Kitchener.

On August 1, 2026, police received a report of a fraudulent use of a bank card. The card was fraudulently used by two unknown suspects to purchase over $400 worth of merchandise from a business on Highland Road West.

As a result of the investigation, on September 25, 2026, a 40-year-old Kitchener female was arrested and charged with Unauthorized Use of Credit Card.

The investigation is ongoing.
