Police Investigating after Noxious Substance Sprayed During Assault in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police Service is investigating an assault involving a noxious substance in Waterloo.
On October 19, 2025, police responded to the area of Weber Street North and Victoria Street North after receiving a report that a male had been sprayed in the face with a noxious substance.
Through investigation, it was determined that the suspect approached the victim and administered the substance during the incident.
The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival.
The suspect is described as a White male, approximately six feet tall, with a heavy build. He was last seen wearing all black clothing and a cowboy hat.
