Police Investigating Report of Criminal Harassment in Kitchener
UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:
Waterloo Regional Police are seeking assistance in an ongoing criminal harassment investigation.
On April 4, 2025, a female youth reported that during morning hours for approximately the last month an unknown male had been attempting to interact with her in the area of Ottawa Street North and Heritage Road in Kitchener.
The male suspect was described as brown, 25–30 years old, with an average build, short black curly hair, scruffy facial hair, and a large nose. The male wore a red and black jacket, skinny jeans, black shoes, and a black knapsack.
Investigators would like to identify and speak with the male pictured below in connection to this incident.
The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS' General Investigations Unit.
