Police Investigating Report of Suspicious Person in Cambridge

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a suspicious person in Cambridge.

On November 29, 2024, at approximately 8:20 a.m., a youth was walking in the area of East Street and Ballantyne Avenue and was followed by an unknown male. The male did not attempt to interact with the youth.

The unknown male followed the youth until she got to a place of safety.

The male is described as White, 50-70 years old, with a heavy build and grey hair, wearing a long grey coat and a red-striped winter hat. The male also walked with a limp.

The investigation is ongoing.
