Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Unit has arrested a male in connection to a voyeurism investigation in Waterloo.

On April 7, 2025, police were made aware that photographs of women, taken at various public locations at Wilfrid Laurier University, were published online without the consent of the individuals involved.

As a result of the investigation, a 21-year-old male has been charged with voyeurism and making a voyeuristic recording available.

This investigation remains ongoing.
