Police Respond to E-Bike Collision in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a collision involving an e-bike in Kitchener.
On July 11, 2025, at approximately 8 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision between a Toyota Highlander and an e-bike at the intersection of University Avenue West and Fischer-Hallman Road.
The cyclist, a 16-year-old Kitchener male, was transported to an out-of-region hospital for treatment. The driver of the Toyota, a 47-year-old male from Waterloo, did not sustain any physical injuries.
The investigation is ongoing by the Waterloo Regional Police’s Traffic Services Unit.
