Police Seeking Assistance in Kitchener Robbery Investigation
UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:
Waterloo Regional Police have identified two suspects in connection to a carjacking in Kitchener.
On February 16, 2025, two males stole a Range Rover after assaulting the owners and stealing their vehicle keys as they exited a business in the area of King Street South and Andrew Street.
As a result of the ongoing investigation by WRPS' Robbery Team and with the assistance of the Toronto Police Service's Major Crime Unit, the two male suspects have been identified.
Arrest warrants for Robbery with Violence and Theft of Motor Vehicle have been issued for a 19-year-old male and a 17-year-old male from Montreal, Quebec.

Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a robbery in Kitchener.
On February 16, 2025, at approximately 12 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery in the area of King Street South and Andrew Street.
Two victims were exiting a business when they were confronted by two unknown male suspects and assaulted. During the assault, keys to a 2024 green Range Rover were stolen. The suspects stole the victim's vehicle and fled the area.
One of the victims sustained minor physical injuries as a result of the incident.
The suspects are believed to have been in the area for a period of time leading up to the incident.
Investigators are looking to identify and speak to the two individuals pictured below in connection to this incident.
