The Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Special Victims Unit is investigating multiple criminal harassment incidents reported in Kitchener-Waterloo. These incidents are believed to have occurred between July 2025 and December 16, 2025.

Investigators are looking to identify and speak with the person shown in the attached photos in connection to this ongoing investigation.

The subject male is descripted as approximately 5’6” tall, with a medium build and dark hair. 

The male is known to frequent Conestoga Mall and Fairview Park Mall and has also been observed traveling on the ION light rail system.
