Waterloo Regional Police Service’s Special Victims Unit is investigating a report of repeated unwanted contact involving a 19-year-old female victim in Waterloo.

On October 17, 2025, police were notified that the victim had been receiving ongoing, unsolicited communication from an individual unknown to her.

Investigators are looking to identify and speak with the person shown in the attached photos in connection to this ongoing investigation.
