Police Seeking Public’s Assistance to Identify Individual in Kitchener Investigation

Waterloo Regional Police's Special Victims Unit has laid charges in a sexual assault investigation.

Between October 2025 and January 2026, police have received reports of a sexual assault and three criminal harassment incidents at a residential building in the area of Homer Watson Boulevard and Pioneer Drive. 

As a result of the investigation, on March 29, 2026, officers executed a search warrant at a residence in Kitchener and arrested a male.

A 29-year-old male has been charged with sexual assault and is being held in police custody for a bail hearing.

The Waterloo Regional Police Service is seeking the public’s assistance in an ongoing investigation in Kitchener.

Between October 2025 and January 2026, police have received reports of a sexual assault and three criminal harassment incidents at a residential building in the area of Homer Watson Boulevard and Pioneer Drive. 

Investigators are looking to identify and speak to the individual pictured below in connection to this ongoing investigation. 

Investigators are also looking to speak to any victims or witnesses in connection to these incidents, which may have involved the individual pictured below.
