Waterloo Regional Police are Investigating a Hit and Run Collision in Wilmot Township

On March 17, 2026, at approximately 9 p.m., officers responded to a reported hit and run involving a two‑motor‑vehicle collision at the intersection of New Dundee Road and Bridge Street in Wilmot Township.

The vehicle involved fled the area prior to police arrival. Police are currently searching for a black Ford F‑150 with significant front‑end damage.

Minor injuries were reported as a result of the collision.

Investigators are looking to identify and speak with a male captured in an image related to this incident, as he may have information that could assist with the investigation.
