Waterloo Regional Police are Investigating a Shooting Incident in Kitchener
On January 28, 2026, at approximately 9 p.m., a 30-year-old Kitchener male was shot by an unknown suspect in the area of Scott Street and King Street East in Kitchener.
The male was transported to a nearby hospital, where he received treatment for non-life-threatening injuries. This incident appears to be targeted.
The investigation is ongoing by members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Unit.
