Waterloo Regional Police Arrest Male Wanted in Connection to Criminal Harassment Investigation in Cambridge
UPDATED MEDIA RELEASE:
Waterloo Regional Police have arrested a male wanted in connection to a criminal harassment investigation.
On May 28, 2026, police located and arrested Russell Warwick, 37, in the East Galt area of Cambridge. Mr. Warwick was wanted on two arrest warrants for charges including assault, criminal harassment, break and enter, and failing to comply with a probation order.
Waterloo Regional Police Service would like the public for their assistance with this investigation.

Waterloo Regional Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a male wanted in connection to a criminal harassment investigation.
On April 12, 2026, police received a report of unwanted contact at a Cambridge residence. As a result of the investigation, an arrest warrant was issued for Russell Warwick, 37, for the charge of criminal harassment.
Subsequently, on May 8, 2026, police received another report involving Mr. Warwick at the same residence. As a result of that investigation, a second arrest warrant was issued for Russell Warwick for multiple charges, including:
- Fail to Comply with Probation Order (two counts)
- Assault (two counts)
- Break and Enter
- Criminal Harassment
The whereabouts of Mr. Warwick are unknown, and attempts by police to locate and arrest him have been unsuccessful. He is known to frequent Cambridge.
Investigators are seeking the public’s assistance to locate Mr. Warwick.
