Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate an Assault in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an assault in Waterloo.
On July 20, 2025, at approximately 2:15 a.m., police responded to reports of an assault in the area of Princess Street West and King Street North.
Two male victims were approached by an unknown male and female suspect. A physical altercation ensued during which the suspects attempted to harm the victims with a knife. Following the altercation, both suspects fled the scene on foot.
There were no physical injuries reported.
The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS’ Neighbourhood Policing North Division.
