Waterloo Regional Police Continue to Investigate Collision in Woolwich
The Waterloo Regional Police Service is continuing to investigate a collision in Woolwich Township.
On December 6, 2025, at approximately 6:45 a.m., police responded to the area of Shantz Station Road and Menno Road for a report of single motor vehicle collision.
Officers arrived and learned that the occupants of the vehicle had fled the area.
Through investigation, five occupants were located and treated for minor injuries.
Officers determined that the driver of the vehicle was travelling at a high rate of speed and lost control, resulting in the vehicle flipping multiple times.
As a result of the investigation, a 17-year-old Kitchener youth was charged with:
- Dangerous operation
- Stunt driving
- Careless Driving
- Fail to remain
- No licence
