Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an armed robbery at a convenience store in Cambridge.

On July 26, 2026, at approximately 10:40 p.m., police responded to a report of a robbery at a convenience store in the area of Eagle Street North and Concession Road.

Investigators learned that at approximately 10:30 p.m., an unknown suspect arrived at the store and brandished a firearm towards staff. The suspect left with items prior to police arrival. 

The suspect was last seen travelling southbound on Concession Road on a motorcycle.

There were no reported physical injuries.

The investigation is ongoing, and police are appealing to anyone who may have dash camera footage or surveillance video from the area around the time of the incident to come forward.
