Members of the Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Unit are investigating an arson at a trailer in Kitchener.

On May 20, 2026, at approximately 11:55 a.m., emergency services responded to a fire involving an abandoned trailer on Madison Avenue South. 

Firefighters quickly extinguished the flames, and there were no reported physical injuries.

The investigation is ongoing.
