Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Assault in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating an assault in Kitchener.
On April 8, 2026, at approximately 1:30 a.m., police responded to a report of an individual who had been assaulted with an edged weapon in the area of Victoria Street North and Weber Street West.
Officers attended the area and were unable to locate the victim or other involved parties.
Investigators believe this was a targeted incident.
The investigation remains ongoing by Waterloo Regional Police’s General Investigations Unit.
