Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Collision Involving Pedestrian in Kitchener
The Waterloo Regional Police Service is investigating a collision involving a pedestrian in Kitchener.
On February 4, 2026, at approximately 8:05 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision between a pedestrian and a motor vehicle on Weber Street East near Madison Avenue North.
As a result of the collision, a 33-year-old Kitchener female was transported to an out-of-region hospital with serious, but non-life-threatening, injuries.
The driver of the involved vehicle, a 32-year-old Alberta male, was arrested at the scene and subsequently charged with dangerous operation causing bodily harm and operation causing bodily harm.
