Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Collision Involving Pedestrian in Woolwich
The Waterloo Regional Police Service is investigating a collision involving a pedestrian in Woolwich.
On March 18, 2026, at approximately 5:05 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision between a Chevrolet vehicle and a pedestrian on Arthur Street North and Church Street East.
The pedestrian, a 54-year-old male was transported by an air ambulance to an out-of-region with serious injuries.
The driver of the Chevrolet reported no physical injuries.
The intersection was closed for the collision investigation and has since been reopened.
The investigation is ongoing, and charges are anticipated.
