Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Robbery in Cambridge Park

Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a report of a robbery in Cambridge.

On March 28, 2026, at approximately 3:35 p.m., police received a report that a male youth had been approached by an unknown male while biking through Victoria Park in West Galt.

The youth reported that the male suspect approached him, displayed a small knife, and demanded money. The victim turned over some cash before the suspect walked toward a nearby wooded area. The victim was not injured.

The suspect was described as a White male, approximately 40 years old, about 5’8” tall, with a thin build and a beard, and wearing a grey hat, brown jacket, and light jeans.
