Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Serious Collision in Kitchener
Waterloo Regional Police Service's Traffic Services Unit is investigating a serious collision involving an e-bike and a Honda SUV in Kitchener.
On August 7, 2026, at approximately 4:05 p.m., emergency services responded to reports of a collision in the area of Victoria Street North and Margaret Avenue.
The driver of the e-bike, a 33-year-old Kitchener male, was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Honda, a 34-year-old Stratford male, was not physically injured.
The roadway was closed for several hours while officers conducted the investigation and has since reopened.
The investigation remains ongoing, and charges are anticipated.
