Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a serious motor vehicle collision in Wilmot Township.

On June 6, 2026, at approximately 1:45 p.m., emergency services responded to the intersection of Huron Road and Sandhills Road for reports of a collision.

As a result of the collision, one individual was transported to an out-of-region hospital, and two others were transported to a local hospital. All sustained serious physical injuries.

The intersection remains closed while the investigation is ongoing.
