Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a sexual assault incident in Waterloo.

On June 23, 2026, at approximately 2:25 p.m., an unknown male suspect was observed looking into a residential window on Bricker Avenue. A short time later, the same individual was seen committing an incident act also on Bricker Avenue. 

At approximately 3:05 p.m., a victim was on the sidewalk on Bricker Avenue when the same male suspect approached and sexually assaulted them.

Investigators are looking to identify and speak with the individual pictured below in connection to these incidents. 

The investigation is ongoing. Police will be canvassing the area for video footage that may assist investigators.
