Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Shooting in Waterloo
Waterloo Regional Police are investigating a shooting in Waterloo.
On May 9, 2026, at approximately 1:40 a.m., police responded to reports of a shooting in the area of King Street North and Princess Street East.
Upon arrival, police located an 18-year-old male who had sustained a gunshot wound. The male was transported to hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
The investigation remains ongoing by WRPS’ General Investigations Unit.
