Waterloo Regional Police Investigating Stabbing in Kitchener
The Waterloo Regional Police Service’s General Investigations Unit is investigating a stabbing that occurred in Kitchener.
On August 15, 2025, at approximately 6:45 a.m., police responded to reports of a stabbing in the area of College Street and Duke Street.
The investigation determined that a 63-year-old male victim was assaulted by an unknown suspect and sustained non-life-threatening physical injuries. The victim was transported to hospital for treatment.
The suspect fled the area prior to police arrival.
The investigation remains ongoing, and police are appealing to the public for information.
