Waterloo Regional Police are continuing to investigate a suspicious death in North Dumfries.

On September 12, 2025, during the early morning hours, a female victim was located deceased in the area of West River Road and Brant-Waterloo Road. The victim has been identified and next of kin has been notified.

The investigation is ongoing, which has revealed that a vehicle may have been involved.
