The Waterloo Regional Police Service (WRPS) is pleased to honour WRPS members and community citizens during an Annual Awards Night ceremony.

Throughout the ceremony, the Service will recognize citizens, officers, and civilian professional members of WRPS who have gone above and beyond in contributing to community safety or crime prevention.

"Our annual Awards Night is a meaningful event that allows us to celebrate the dedication, professionalism, and achievements of our members and residents of the community," said Mark Crowell, Chief of Police. "It's a time to reflect on the incredible work being done to keep our community safe and to recognize those who have gone above and beyond."

Local citizens will be acknowledged for their exceptional and selfless acts, while WRPS members will be recognized for exemplary and meritorious service to policing.

Waterloo Regional Police Service Board members will be among the distinguished guests joining Chief Crowell and WRPS Senior Leaders in acknowledging the great deeds and accomplishments of the worthy recipients.

The Awards Night will be held at Tapestry Hall in Cambridge on October 9, 2025, at 6 p.m.
